  3. Past and future market leadership.
  4. Instant product and company recognition.
  5. Leading position in a growing industry.
  6. Outstanding management.
  7. Large capitalization so stock can be sold or bought without price sacrifice.
  8. Client would be comfortable owning the stock for 3 years or more.
